OTT is a re-creation of a popular aggressive multiband upwards / downwards compressor setting used by many dubstep and electro producers.

1.37 has additional compatibility for importing VST2 settings to the VST3 plugin version. It should no longer be needed to delete the VST3 in e.g. FL Studio or Cubase in order to have it load the VST2/settings.
